a few things

for those of us who are healthy, throwing a back out is a dramatic and humbling reminder of how hard and debilitating it is to live with pain and even when it takes me twenty minutes to stand upright, i remind myself that it's temporary, has happened before and will pass, eventually, but mamma mia...thank heavens for health cause if you're healthy, you've got time and if you've got time, everything will work out.

love, love, love this time of year. went to penn state tailgating for the second time. makes me long to be closer to my alma mater but incredibly glad i'll never have to be an undergrad again. too much insecurity. i love being an adult even with wrinkles.

i'm about to move and while i don't think of myself as a packrat, boy do i have a lot of stuff. when i start out, i think, well...maybe...by the end of the evening, everything gets tossed. got some free time -- come help me wrap china or maybe throw it at the wall. i'm going to simplify, i swear.

sorry, it's been too long between blogs, but i promise to try and keep up though i should probably be packing...any excuse to not wrap and box...reminiscent of baking bread rather than writing my thesis. thanks for being patient with me.
